Chia Jong Poh (aka JP) is born with non-verbal autism. Inspired by video game characters and animated videos on YouTube, JP learns to draw and paint with a simple drawing software that can be found in every computer, Microsoft Paint.
With a computer mouse and his creativity alone, he has drawn over one hundred cartoon characters by now, with Super Mario Bros being his all-time favourite.
He’s then able to utilise his artworks for T-shirt printing and merchandising. Currently, JP is a student at a training centre for special needs. Over the years, JP has shown a vast improvement in his writing and drawing skills.
